State holidays for Oregon are listed below for current and future years.

Oregon recognizes nine legal holidays, all of which are also federally recognized holidays. If the holiday falls on a weekend, it is celebrated on either Friday or Monday depending on which day of the weekend the holiday falls.

In addition to all federally recognized holidays, Oregon also recognizes every Sunday as a holiday. The governor may appoint additional holidays throughout the year as well. All Oregon public employees are provided paid holidays. Private employers are not required to provide paid holidays to employees. Although Oregon law does not require them to do so, many private employers offer paid holidays as a benefit.
